A national media platform. A global business. A network entering a new chapter. A new event platform built from zero. Different ambitions, connected thinking.

A standalone identity, a fast-growing content platform, national media, and two milestone moments that moved Joanne’s story from a live Nashville audience to its first live television appearance.
Client perspective
“Redbird sees the whole picture and knows how to turn a vision into something people can actually experience. They move fast, think strategically, and bring a level of care and excellence that makes them one of the first teams I recommend.”

The opportunity
Give Joanne Moody a distinctive personal brand and a platform that could travel across digital content, broadcast, and live experiences.
The approach
Start with a recognizable identity, then connect the story to the places audiences already spend time. Redbird developed Joanne’s standalone brand and brought a YouTube channel, podcast, social content, and national media outreach into a coordinated launch.
The work
Redbird hosted an August 2025 Nashville screening for 800 people in live attendance before Miracle was released on Angel. In April 2026, Redbird helped execute the live television premiere—the first time Miracle ever appeared live on air—with the broadcast available to millions of homes.
The result
The channel reached monetization in less than three months. The August 2025 screening created an 800-person live moment ahead of the Angel release; the April 2026 premiere carried the show into millions of homes for its first live television appearance.

The opportunity
Support an established organization through its transition from NACC to Spire, with a clearer identity and a contemporary way to connect with its next generation of leaders.
The approach
Make the new direction recognizable wherever people encountered the brand. Redbird developed brand language and a visual direction, then carried that thinking into conference promotion and audience communications.
The work
Targeted email lists supported conference attendance. Social campaigns, speaker creative, and event materials gave the network a consistent presence before and during its live gatherings. A modern media approach helped the organization speak to younger leaders while retaining a recognizable identity.
The result
A connected brand and marketing presence across digital channels and the conference experience. The work brought identity, audience outreach, and event promotion into a shared direction for Spire’s next chapter.

Evidence basis: Redbird’s May 22, 2026 impact report, the dated campaign archive, and the live event platform. Performance figures are campaign data recorded in Redbird’s report.
The mandate
Create the 2026 launch system while leaving Unity Forum with an operating foundation it could reuse for future conferences.
The strategy
Redbird connected identity, website, social, email, print, audio, merchandise, partner outreach, and event communications under one creative direction.
The execution
- Brand and platform: identity, guidelines, logo system, website redesign, and shared asset library.
- Audience engine: new social accounts, campaign content, video, attendee sharing kits, email copy, and partner collaborations.
- Event ecosystem: radio commercial, theme audio, eight-page magazine, speaker and schedule graphics, and 26 merchandise variations.

The documented result
The new social presence generated more than 500,000 views and reached more than 90,000 accounts. Twelve posts exceeded 10,000 views; the two highest-performing posts reached approximately 93,000 and 73,000 views.
Why it mattered
Unity Forum left the engagement with a recognizable identity, a working public platform, repeatable partner-distribution tools, and an organized asset library. The platform remains in use for the 2027 conference cycle.

Built to be your communications team.
Organizations, leaders, and influencers bring Redbird in when the mandate is bigger than a project: a launch, a rebrand, a new audience, or the entire communications function, run by people who take ownership of it.
We work as an extension of your leadership team. One plan, one point of accountability, and senior people on the work itself, not just in the pitch.
- 01
Understand what matters.
Start with the business, the audience, and the real problem to solve. Then set the goals the work will be measured against.
- 02
Set one plan.
Strategy, message, brand, and channels come together in a single direction, so every piece of work pulls toward the same outcome.
- 03
Run the work.
Creative, content, media, and digital are produced and managed by the same team that wrote the plan.
- 04
Measure and sharpen.
Reporting that says what happened and what changes next. The work keeps moving, and it keeps getting better.
Let’s make it count.
Tell us what you’re building, changing, or ready to hand to a team that will own it.
